Matt & Rebecca were married in a small town near Norfolk, Nebraska. I drove the rolling hills filled with wild flowers brought on by the wet season to the stunning Catholic church. The weather was warm & this summer wedding was picturesque. Family, faith, & a string trio filled the sanctuary with love.
The bride wore a lace gown with sleeves, her hanky was blessed by the Pope. She carried an orange bouquet of roses & her shoes were navy. The bridesmaids dresses were navy & they too carried an orange bouquet.
The reception followed at the Time Square Event Center in Norfolk. The tables were wonderfully decorated with a mix of tall & short centerpieces. I have to say the staff was wonderful & I would recommend this little spot to anyone.
Thank you so much for allowing me to be there. I enjoyed staying in Norfolk, the little adventure in the night I took to get there on Friday. Where I drove some moonlight back roads made my heart happy. I loved all the greenery & the Nebraska scenery. It was a great weekend & I loved watching you all get married!
FAVORITE DETAIL: The church. The church was an amazing structure & ode to what churches used to be. I feel like these days the churches look like a steel building. They used to look like a true place of worship, a building with soul in the architecture. So I enjoyed the church & it's rich history :)
FAVORITE MOMENT: My favorite moment was when Bride got into the dress. Her mother's face lit up & they both were glowing. I loved watching their laughter.
